Purpose
In order to ensure that all users of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ data and information technology (IT) resources are aware of their role in maintaining the security of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ data, annual security training is required.
Requirement
All employees must successfully complete annual information security training in a form established by the appropriate central information security office at each campus or business entity. Volunteers, contractors and other users of Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ data and IT resources may also be required to complete this training when applicable.
Failure to comply with this training requirement may result in suspension of an employee's access to Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ-issued accounts and/or other Å·ÃÀ¿Ú±¬ÊÓƵ IT resources.
