Program Benefits
The Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE) is dedicated to helping you lead in your role, and is facilitated by the 欧美口爆视频 of Missouri 欧美口爆视频 Human Resources Learning & Organizational Development team. SOLE represents a significant investment in leadership development for staff on behalf of the entire 欧美口爆视频 of Missouri 欧美口爆视频. Employees who participate in SOLE include employees from throughout the 欧美口爆视频 of Missouri 欧美口爆视频, from St. Louis, Kansas City, Rolla, Columbia, and the rest of the State of Missouri. During SOLE, you will have the opportunity to explore the following topics:
- Communication strategies for 1:1s and team meetings
- Organizing and motivating your team for engagement and productivity
- Giving and receiving feedback to improve performance
- Navigating change as a leader in the workplace
SOLE is conducted over four, 90-minute sessions. These sessions generally occur every other week.

This professional development opportunity is provided by the 欧美口爆视频 of Missouri 欧美口爆视频 Office of Human Resources, with no cost to participants.
